2.8K (excluding taxes) for weekday dinner buffet. I don’t remember seeing any high priced items on their buffet spread. Classic case of quantity over quality. Yes, the choices are there, but I can only recommend the lechon (it also ran out of skin!). Other than the lechon, only positive comment I can say is that their staff were very attentive and friendly.

I’ve tried Sheraton and the Marriott. In comparison, the Hilton Buffet is the best which is called as “Kusina”. You look at the veggies, it’s all fresh. Some buffets are not like this. They might not have steak but for sure they serve you healthy and good food. I’ll always come back here, they might not have your favorite pasta though. Most of their food list on an everyday basis are shown on the photos. I’ve been here a few times, and most of the dishes they serve are Filipino, Korean, Chinese Dimsums, Thai, Japanese, Indian and Italian pizzas. For the most part, my favorites are Thai, Korean and Japanese lol. My partner loves their Indian Curry, because they have the Chutney sauce. Since he’s a lover of Indian food. He sure knows that the spices used aren’t cheap. It’s served really good. They serve unlimited wine and beer. Other buffets, don’t have that. Although, the red wine is served chilled which is not good. But still ok, with the other lots of options. For the desserts, it’s amazing. The sweets would really catch your eye and just go to that corner first (which I normally do) 🤣. I just love that they have lots of sweets. Additionally, for people that have kids… They have kids corner area, where they can play and watch tv at the same time. So you won’t be bothered eating, just bothered looking if they still there lol kidding. Lastly, utensils are clean, and staff are very friendy and courteous. Hope this helps everyone have their money’s worth. 🙏🏼

This is my second time to dine here since we are booked in hilton manila. The experience is superb just like the first time. My family is very happy with the service of staff such as pearl who entertained us from the entrance to our seats, albert who help took a photo of us and explained to us where to find the food we want. Nino, grace and all staff are very courteous and accommodating. We really enjoyed the variety of food. Will definitely come back!

All-day buffet dining at Hilton Manila. Rich selection of the foods from Filipino, Western to Asian can be commended. Supposed to be one of the best hotel breakfast in the area.

Serving size: good for sharing, the quality of the food I would give an 8/10. Thé only thing I didn’t enjoy was the desert, Turon A La Mode, it took too long and when it got to us it was chewy and tasted like it got fried and microwaved and fried several times. A disappointing finish.

AMBIENCE The most surprising aspect of our visit was the cute size of the buffet area. I've probably been so spoiled by others' but there were some interesting food choices. It took me awhile to learn the beverages were facing the restaurant entrance. FOOD & BEVERAGE Pizza was thin, easy to bite, and light despite the cheese on top. Pancit Habhab was typically good but would've been complete with vinegar. Salmon and Tuna Sashimi, available upon request, were both fresh and tasty. Bread and Butter Pudding was to die for! Among crab choices of Singaporean, Aligue Sauce, and Lemongrass with Coconut Cream, the third was the most tasty for me. The sauces really spread out nicely throughout the shells. Lemongrass was the only drink I tasted because it was already that good! Roast Beef was the winning dish that night! Watching it get cut on the chopping board got me drooling. Taste was very very good with the sauce and it was tender and juicy with a small amount of fat. Crispy Pata was tasty, but even though the skin sounded crunchy during the meat-chopping, it wasn't crispy when eaten. Eat these in moderation. :) SERVICE The dampa concept was the highlight of their service, and cooking time was fair. Plates were taken out but there were times where we had to move some aside.

It's really amazing to experience the Filipino hospitality, kudos to the staff! The food was good and the service was perfect, thanks to the chef 👍👍👍👍👍Mylen, the manager and our hostess, was very hospitable and gave excellent service. We are very thankful to her!
